The family room is situated between the three-bedroom cluster and the kitchen for easy family access. The room is equipped with a comfortable Love seat and Sofa with a coffee table, side tables and table lamps, cabinet housing the multi channel television and video recorder / player and DVD player along with a large selection of Videos and DVD's for all ages. The room is fully air-conditioned, ceramic tiled and has a ceiling paddle fan with center light.

Four Bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Television and Video Recorder / Player, 6’ 6” King size bed with matching Bedcover, Curtains and Window Trims. Bedside cabinets with bedside lamps and telephone for your personal use and dressing table with large circular mirror, the room is fully air-conditioned and has central light with ceiling paddle fans to distribute the cooled air.

The adjoining Master Bathroom has ceramic tiled floor, His and Hers wash hand basin fronted by a large wall mirror, Medicine cabinet, Large Corner Bath, Walk in Shower Cubical WC and extractor fan. A large walk in wardrobe off the Master Bathroom houses a security safe, where you can store your personal effects and passport etc. Giving you added peace of mind while out at the parks.

The Family Bathroom has a ceramic tiled floor and is equipped with washbasin fronted by a large mirror, bath with shower over, WC and extractor fan.

There are three further bedrooms 1 is equipped with a 5’ Queen bed, matching bed covers and window trims, matching bedside cabinets and dressing table with large circular mirror, the room is fully air conditioned and has a central ceiling light equipped with paddle fan to distribute the cooled air.

The 2 other bedrooms are equipped with Twin beds; one room overlooks the patio and swimming pool area.

The living room is located in the front of the house and equipped with comfortable Love seat and Sofa, coffee table, 2 Corner Tables with Table Lamps, window trims and an am - fm radio equipped with tape and cd player, the room is fully air conditioned and has a central hanging light fitted with a ceiling paddle fan to distribute the cooled air.

The house has a double garage with automatic garage door opener; located within the garage is a large family washing machine and large tumble dryer.

The Kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor and is fully equipped with plenty of cupboards and workspace, ample dishes, glasses and cutlery for all your holiday needs, and fitted with: - Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator / Freezer (Freezer has Automatic Ice Maker) Large Cooker with Self Cleaning Oven and cooker extraction hood over, and double bowl sink unit with Waste Disposal Unit.

Additional kitchen equipment includes: Blender, Juice Extractor, Toasters, Electric Kettle, Teapot and Coffee Maker.

There is also a large family size Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, 2 Hair Dryers and 2 Telephones for your personal use.

Change of Bed linen, Hand Towels, Bath Towels and Pool Towels are all provided.

Infants Cot and High Chair are provided at no extra cost.

Outside we have had a barbeque installed for your added enjoyment.

The house has full air conditioning to all rooms, and ceiling paddle fans fitted in the family room, living room and two main bedrooms to distribute the cooled air.

FOR YOUR PLEASURE: -

The Pool and Jacuzzi are solar heated which normally sufficient for most periods of the year, but to add to your comfort we have installed an Electric Pool heater (optional extra cost) which will maintain the water temperature during the winter months.

​

FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT: -

We subscribed to cable television including the Disney channel.

 

SECURITY AND SAFETY: -

Westridge is a quiet and peaceful residential estate, but to add to your peace of mind while on holiday, we have had a safe and security system fitted to the house.

“SENTRY” a well-known company based in the US made the safe . And is operated by a programmable electronic lock, the security system to the house was fitted by “BRINKS” a well-known security company, and is monitored 24 hours per day. The system incorporates an automatic intruder alarm for your security, an automatic fire alarm for your safety and for your peace of mind the facility to call either the Police, Fire Service or Medical assistance at the touch of a button.

MAINTENANCE COMPANY: -

Our maintenance company are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the villa, inside and out, including lawns, garden, pool and Jacuzzi. They keep it in pristine condition for us and fully clean and check the property before and after each visitors stay.

​

They can be contacted on a free phone telephone number and you can contact them if you have any requests or need any information or advise, they will do all they can to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday.

There are folders at the villa giving general information on the Villa and Westridge, plus Local Entertainment, Dinner Shows, Shopping Trips, Boat Cruises and Golf etc.

When you choose to rent our Villa for your family holiday stay, you will find it more convenient, comfortable and relaxing than staying in Hotels. Your own heated private pool and Jacuzzi with underwater lighting are just outside the door, you can slip into the pool for a refreshing swim or relax in the Jacuzzi at any time of the day or night, you also have all the home comforts and can even have a cup of Tea when you want one.
